How Dreams Farmhouse Addressed the Shutdown of the 2020 Season
2020 would have been only our second summer season as owners of Dreams Farmhouse, and the thought of purchasing a house across the country was a risk we never thought we could make, but we had a dream of owning property in the Cooperstown area after our dream week of baseball with our son a few years prior. Without finding Michele Barry and Lake Lady Property Management Services, LLC in our search it never would have happened. Now with this COVID-19 crisis and hearing all the horror stories with other properties, our trust in and love for Michele has grown so much stronger. She was proactive prior to Dreams Park canceling, sending letters to homeowners and guests stating that in the event Dreams Park is canceled, we would refund 100% of all payments. And that is exactly what happened.
Being cross-country owners is still a major risk and scary, and this particular crisis we’re in grows our fears exponentially, but Michele’s character has shined brighter than ever during this crisis and we wanted to make sure she is recognized here so future visitors to Cooperstown can know that Dreams Farmhouse is managed and operated the right way.
