In July of 2018, we had the opportunity to watch our 12-year-old son playing baseball in Cooperstown, the birthplace of baseball and the home of the Baseball Hall of Fame. We had an amazing experience and fell in love with the area, so much so that we had a crazy dream of buying a home to serve future youth baseball families during their stays. Five short months later that dream became a reality and we closed escrow on our new home! We are excited for what the future has in store for this beautiful property and for other families to experience all that is special in Cooperstown and the surrounding areas.
Our stay at your home was everything we had hoped for. My siblings and I had planned this trip for my dads 89th birthday. We all love the game of baseball and it was on the bucket list of each of us to see the hall of fame with him. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay!!!
This is a perfect little farmhouse. It’s a little slice of quiet paradise, close to Dreams Park, and opposite the traffic patterns from downtown Cooperstown. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family. We were there for the Baseball Tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, only 7 minutes from the park. The Property Manager Michele was so easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property. This trip is one will will never forget!!!!! Thanks again Michele!!!!
This is a very nice farmhouse that is perfect for families. The property was immaculate with a great yard, etc. and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Cooperstown or play at Dreams Park. It is very close (about 3 miles away) from Dreams Park and the property manager was attentive to everything that we needed as well. Great place!
